We recently introduced the representative model "G9" from BARACUTA, which was founded in 1937 in the rainy city of Manchester, England. The G9 has now arrived in a cool black color.
The G9 was born from the desire of the Miller brothers, who loved golf, to have clothes that were easy to move in.
To accommodate this, the shoulders are designed with raglan sleeves to allow for easier movement, and the sleeves are also designed with a forward-flared style.
The yoke on the back is an umbrella yoke to help keep the rain off when playing golf on rainy days.
The waist pockets on both sides are easy to reach and can hold two golf balls, and the cuffs and hem are ribbed for a snug fit.
A distinctive feature of the G9 is its stand-up collar "dog ear" design, named after the way it looks like a dog's drooping ears. When all the buttons are closed, wind cannot get inside.
The surface is made of polycotton fabric, which is water-repellent, and the Fraser tartan lining is made of Coolmax fabric, which is highly moisture-wicking and quick-drying.
Basic beige is nice, but a chic black color gives it a different impression.
I think this type of outerwear is a useful piece that will last for a long period of time.
The BARACUTA G9 can be worn casually with a sweatshirt, or paired with a BD shirt or Smedley for a more mature look.
